  • Full refunds are available for verified quality issues or significant concerns.

Request Window

  • Refund or return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

Evidence & Returns

  • Clear photographic evidence of item in same conditioned as when delivered is required to initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be fully processed only after the returned item is received and verified at our designated United States return address.
