In these very rare cases, updates about delay will be confirmed and delivery times may be extended usually no longer than 6 business days.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of where our items are sourced from, some products on our website may be subject to include differences like packaging, missing serial numbers, tags, markings, alternative metal or plastic materials, or minor labeling typographical inconsistencies. By using this website, customers acknowledge that such variations do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. If a product has a verified quality issue or other significant concern, customers may request a full refund (minus fees) provided the return request is submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of the issue is required to initiate the return process. Items must be photographed in the same condition as when delivered. Buyers will pay for shipping costs and refunds will be fully processed only after the returned item is received and confirmed at our designated United States return address.
